What is Physics? Why do we learn Physics? Since when Physics has started? What are the uses and applications in Physics? Is it important?

Physics is closely related to our life. Almost everything around us involves in Physics. Can you list out a few examples from the video?

Basically, the definition of Physics:

  • Comes from Ancient Greek “phusikḗ” or “physikos”

Meaning: The study of matter and its motion with time and space.

  • The word “Physical” or “Fizikal” (BM), means we can see.

Meaning: The study of nature phenomenon. Pheomena is the occurrence that can be seen or detected by our senses.

  • In Chinese called Wu Li (物理), means the management of each single matter.

Meaning: How one thing operates or works.
